I told her to kick them out.
I wasn’t interested in wasting my time with that messed–up family anymore.
Especially not William and his wife–two lunatics willing to screw their biological son just to save an adopted one.
Why should I bother meeting people like that?
The secretary left in a rush, but by the end of the day, she was back, saying,
“President, Mr. Graham refuses to leave. He insists on meeting you.”
I sighed and told her to let them in.
Same trio as always–William, Ingrid, and
Dave.

emotions while Ingrid couldn’t stop crying.

I leaned back and said coldly, “What do you want?”
Lucien, how could you do this to us? We’re 201your real parents! How could you sue us?”
hingrid blurted that out.

But I just let out a short, humorless laugh and shook my head.
Talking to them was exhausting. I didn’t ‘ have the patience for this nonsense
anymore.
I waved at my secretary, signaling for her to get rid of them.
“Lucien, no matter what, you’ve got to save me!”
Dave shouted shamelessly.
I looked at him, deadpan. Didn’t even bother replying.
The bodyguards moved in, ready to drag them out.
“Lucien! Donate your kidney! If you give up your kidney and help save our company, we’ll leave you alone after that!”
William shouted desperately. “If you don’t, I’ll sue you! I’m your biological father–you have to obey me!”

I stared him down, unimpressed.
The man didn’t seem to grasp the basics–I didn’t owe him a damn thing. Sure, we shared blood, but he’d never raised me, never done a thing for me. Legally? Morally? I had no obligations to him whatsoever.
I waved them off and told my secretary to make sure they were out of the building.
At the same time, I instructed the lawyers to expedite the process of bankrupting G Industries. Heck, I was done dealing with them.
Later, my lawyer informed me their assets had already been frozen.
For the next two weeks, the lunatic Graham trio caused a scene outside my company daily, screaming and pleading. Security tossed them out each time.
Dave even tried breaking in one day. But he just got roughed up and thrown out like the trash.

His health declined fast after that. It wasn’t long before he was admitted to the hospital.
One evening, as I was leaving work, I saw my parents kneeling at the entrance.
The moment they saw me, William cried. out in desperation.
“Lucien! Please, save Dave! He’s dying- only you can help him!”
I looked at the desperation in their eyes and shook my head, firmly saying, “I’m not saving him.”
Their pleas turned into curses as I walked away without looking back.
A few days later, I heard their precious. adopted son died of kidney failure.
