Chapter 184
RAMON’S POV
Tabragged Jack’s lifeless body through the ground, as I made my journey back to where the fight was,
My mission had been accomplished, and I couldn’t be prouder of myself.
But it was the thought of what was to come that bothered me.
The confrontation that was to follow. Because it was time Ferins and I spoke.
It could either be with our mouths, or our claws.
Whichever the case was, I would be ready for it.
I thought of Sonia. Did she think about me!
Shaking my head with doubt, I sighed. Of course she wouldn’t miss me,
Why would she? I didn’t give her much to miss.
She was probably glad she was back to her pack.
Under the safety of her cruel, crafty father, and her seven strong brothers.
She would be gloating in her heart. After everything that happened, she successfully escaped from me.
I didn’t want to think about it, but every time I tried not to think about it, I just kept on thinking about it.
The grades were getting thinner, which made me aware I would soon reach my destination.
It was only natural for me to spare a thought for the spy.
Deep inside of me, I knew I was going to find out who they were.
When I did, they were sure to face a fate worse than death.
I finally walked into the battleground, and like I predicted, the battle was sull ongoing
It was i
a fierce, and bloody. From a distance, my eyes scanned around.
I had lost at least five wolves. But it was small numbers, in comparison to what my own wolves had done.
None of that mattered though. It was time to put a stop to all of the nonsense,
To show the seven packs, starting from Moonkay, that
at they were playing with fire, and I was ready to burn it down.
Holding Jack as I dragged him on the ground, I drew closer to the battle, then stopped.
My head went behind, and as my eyes felt the sky. I growled.
It was the growl of an alpha. A call that no one beneath could fight against.
The fighting wolves stopped, and began to drop to their knees in reverence.
When they had all dropped down, it was just Liam and I left standing.
He turned to me, and smiled proudly, I returned his smile with an acknowledging bob of my head.
“I have your alpha’s lifeless body,” I said to the MoonRay warriors present. “You have a choice because I’m merciful. Yield, and walk in peace. Fight,
and it would be to the death.”
I waited for them to choose a side. My eyes went to the beta. He was in the best position to make a quick, and sensible decision.
His head touched the ground first, signalling that he had yielded

“I can’t believe you finally killed Alpha Jack. How did you do it?” Daniel asked enthusiastically on our way back to the p
Blane was driving my car, giving me the much needed energy to get my strength back, after an impromptu series of events,
“Jack is a weak bastard, but I’m also very impressed. I thought it’d take longer than it did♫ Liam said.
“Oh it would have. I just had to get some answers from him before I killed the hostand“.
“And he spilled! Liam asked
“Like a bird. He was only too happy to spill”
“What’s going to happen to Moon Ray now? Are you going to claim it?” Daniel asked.
“Nope, I don’t want to live that way. His first daughter deserves to be alpha. If anyone tries to go against her. I’ll even help her out.” I confidently
I had gotten my groove back, and no one was going to stand in my way anymore.
“I’m proud of you. Ramon. Now we just have to figure out a way to find Sonia, Liam said, and yawned.
He didn’t know yet, but when we were alone, I would definitely tell him about her whereabouts.
Blane, who was quiet all through the ride, drove into the pack through the back entrance,
I had ordered that my border wolves at silverpaw return.
We had won the battle, so there was no need for them patrolling the borders anymore.
Silverpaw would be too busy burying their alpha, anyway. I doubt they would want a retaliatory attack
Well except Ferits got to their head. Ferins, Ferins, Ferins
“Are you coming down or what?” Liam touched me.
I lifted my head, and realized the car had come to a stop, and everyone had stepped out.

“I think Alpha Ramon needs to rest. I’ll run to the kitchen and tell them to prepare something good for him,” Daniel said as if I was
with them.
“You do that, Dan Liam said.
He bowed, and hurried away immediately.
“You’ve been awfully quiet. Got something on your chest?” I turned to Blane who was leaning on my car.
“Yeah. I noticed too. Is there something bothering you, Blane?“
He inhaled sharply, which made me even more curious.
“I think I need to sit with my thoughts first,” he finally replied.
“Hey, don’t think too much.
- Tonight, we’re going to celebrate Ramon’s victory,” Liam cheered, smacking Blane on his arms.
I watched my beta force a smile, and realized something was wrong somewhere.
“You know where to find me when you’re done gathering your thoughts,” I said to Blane, as I walked ahead
ley, wait for me!” Liam called, running after me.
“Hey.
“I thought I told you not to follow me earlier when I left the pack?” I asked, hastening my steps,
He scoffed. “You’re lucky I came when I did. Making an alpha like me fight those losers? Shame on you, Ramon!”
He ran after me, and I hastened my step. But as I made the turn, I almost crashed into Ivy.

“You’re back? Good. Because we need to talk,” she said in a dead serious voice, and I knew it was time for business.
