Liam was silent for a moment before realizing,
“She probably ran home in a huff, right? Really,
she doesn’t know anything.”
“She just had surgery, she should be resting in
the hospital, but she had to go home in a rage!”
he muttered as he sped back home.
But the house was cold and empty.
When he asked the housekeeper, she said she
hadn’t seen Grace in a long time.
“But, on the day you took the madame away,
she seemed to leave something for you in the
