President Hamilton looked at me angrily. “You
have to do it!”
“You don’t get to make the call.”
He was about to make the guards arrest me
when I spoke.
“I have a recording of everything, and I have
notified the police. Let’s see who loses more.”
He froze and Mark begged me.
I pushed his hand and said, “Why are you
acting now? You need to pay for what you
have done.”

to slap me but I dodged.
I broke a glass on the floor.
“The divorce has been sent to the lawyer and
I have resigned.”
“We’re paid up. We’ll never see each other
again.”
I walked out the door.
The wedding was trending and everyone was

trend a week later.
I relaxed.
I was scared that Mark would be sad.

A week later, Tiffany came to see me.

She refuted. But her eyes showed that she
was nervous.

Her eyes dimmed. “I’m going to have his
child. He won’t be so cruel.”
I laughed and shattered her delusion.
