After Ethan and Alyssa engaged, the relatives of the Dawson family were all eager to visit and greet the future Mrs. Dawson.
Aware that Alyssa wasn’t fond of meeting so many new people, Ethan took her away on a honeymoon trip so that she could unwind.
They journeyed to various places, from seashores to grasslands.

Before long, the Dawson family’s relatives, friends, business associates, and indeed almost everyone in Edgecoast were well aware of how doting Ethan was on his wife. To ensure he could focus on taking care of Alyssa, he handed over the full authority of the company to his sister.

He came there. What he saw was a couple embracing each other in front of the floor–to–ceiling window on the second floor.

After making sure Alyssa had taken some medicine beneficial for her skin, Ethan held her in his arms and told her bedtime stories for a while.
When she fell asleep, Ethan walked downstairs.
As soon as he reached the elevator entrance, the intelligent robot came right in front of him.
“Master, a suspicious individual has been detected loitering in front of the
house!”
Ethan took a quick look at the surveillance camera and clicked his tongue in annoyance.
Just as he was about to stride towards the gate, Alyssa’s voice drifted from
behind him.
“Let me deal with it.”
Ethan knew this was a lingering issue in her heart, so he nodded in
agreement.
Alyssa, wrapped in a thick down jacket, let out a sigh when she saw Antonio kneeling on the ground, the snow falling steadily on him.

Antonio had always been like this. Instead of thinking about how to solve problems, he would only torment himself to gain her attention.
When Alyssa was five years old, after losing her parents, she was harshly treated by her uncle. She hid in the flowering shrubs and dared not go home. He reached out his hand to her. When she refused to take it, he came into the flowering shrubs and got bitten along with her.
