The show ended and the judges gave us high
scores.
The online rating system was great.
We were getting tons of positive comments.
Brenda was barely able to contain her joy.
She walked right up to me after hearing the
scores and started talking in front of

“What do you think, Ashley? I got first place.
Are you going to keep your word and quit the
group?”

someone. It doesn’t matter how hard you tried

“Ashley should be canceled. Someone that

The insults made me feel like I was being
attacked online all over again.
I felt a chill.
I stepped forward to strike back.

They even came on stage to ruin me!

I looked at the massive crowd and laughed.
It was finally time to expose the truth.
I walked to the back of the stage, and
brought out a small speaker.
I walked up to Brenda and smirked.
“Brenda, can you sing as well without this?”
Brenda turned pale as soon as she heard
