Tiana blushed with embarrassment and frustration as Enoch casually brought up “play hide the sausage” again. “Hasn’t it been enough already for one morning? My back is still sore!‘ she exclaimed inwardly.
She glared at Enoch and said, “Don’t even think about it for the next month!”
Enoch, upon noticing her rubbing her lower back, let out a low buckle. He said, “I can promise three days, but a month? Highly unlikely.”
Tiana realized that he wasn’t the obedient bodyguard she once knew. In the past, he followed her every instruction without stepping out of line. Clearly, once a man indulged, he would change for the worse.
“I used to think you were a gentleman,” she accused.
Enoch’s handsome features curved into a faint smile, and he said “Even gentlemen have needs.”
“I told you–you can go find someone else- Before she could finish her sentence, Enoch’s arms encircled her waist, pulling her into his embrace.
From the electric scooter, Tiana noticed several people looking in their direction. However, Enoch’s expression remained calm and indifferent as if his actions were perfectly justified.
“Enoch, you might not be embarrassed, but I am!” she said and struggled to break free, but his grip held firm.
“Ms. Schneider, call me once more,” he murmured in a low, seductive voice.
Tiana furrowed her brows and asked, “Call you what?”
Enoch chuckled and replied, “You know what.”
Tiana hesitated, her face flushing. She absolutely refused to say again, even if she had called him that earlier in jest.
“If you don’t, I’ll kiss you,” he teased, his face inching closer to hers.
Upon seeing his handsome face approach, Tiana quickly turned her head and said, “Enoch, people are watching”
“Not a problem,” he replied, his lips almost brushing against hers
The warmth of his breath tickled her delicate skin, painting her checks a faint red. She couldn’t help but notice just how thick–skinned he was.

Her sarcastic tone made him laugh. His rough fingertips lightly brushed against her thigh beneath her white skirt.

Satisfied, Enoch withdrew his hand, a slight smile gracing his lips. He said, “Good girl.”
To her surprise, he pulled out his phone and pressed the record button. A delicate, coquettish voice played back. “Enoch.”
Tiana froze, horrified. “Enoch, you actually recorded that?” she said.
Enoch replied nonchalantly, “Mlum. Next time, I’ll play it during livestream for Simon to hear.”
Tiana was speechless. “Why is he so petty? He’s still holding a grudge over that little teddy bear incident!‘ she exclaimed inwardly.
After seeing her embarrassed and annoyed expression, Enoch pinched her puffed–up cheek and asked, “What’s with the love bento?”
Tiana replied. “Didn’t you make me that love bento? I thought it looked nice, so I posted it on my Instagram, and someone showed it to Simon. He thought I made it for him.”
Enoch opened her profile only to find that she had restricted his view. His eyes narrowed slightly as he asked, “You blocked me?
Before he could react, Tiana jumped off the scooter, raising her eyebrows playfully. “So what if I did? You’re not allowed to see my posts,” she replied.
Enoch was speechless.
Not far away, Jasper observed their interaction and couldn’t help but shudder. “Ugh–the sickly–sweet stench of romance,” he complained.
Then, he turned to Caspian beside him and noticed his sharp, frosty gaze fixed on Jayden’s girlfriend. Jasper, startled by his discovery, gasped. “Holy crap–don’t tell me you’re into your nephew’s girlfriend?”
Caspian adjusted his frameless glasses, his narrow eyes glinting coldly, sharp as unsheathed blades. His lips thinned into a straight line as he replied, “Her? Not worthy.”
Jasper felt a chill. He wasn’t sure if it was his imagination or if Capian’s eyes truly revealed a trace of obsessive hatred. He asked, “Wait. Is she the girlfriend you dated for two years?”
“Eh. Caspian let out a sinister chuckle, his voice cold. He said, “1idn’t expect to see her here.”
Jasper was at a loss for words. “Not only did you run into her, but she’s now your nephew’s girlfriend?‘ he thought.
Jasper had never met Caspian’s ex–girlfriend before. She had been well–protected, but their breakup had caused a rift between Caspian and his family. The two had even endured hard times together.
Jasper couldn’t understand how two people so in love ended up in such a mess later on. After breaking up with her, Caspian needed psychiatric therapy for some time.
“What did she do to hurt you so badly?” Jasper asked cautiously,
Thinking of the past, Caspian’s jaw tightened, his expression dark and icy.
After playing golf with Jayden, Aurora suggested going home.
Although Caspian hadn’t spoken to her, she couldn’t shake the feeling that a pair of cold, watchful eyes were following her, roaking her skin crawl.

After noticing her unease, Jayden didn’t press her to stay. They bid farewell to Caspian and prepared to leave.

Aurora turned. puzzled. Caspian approached, took her hand, and placed something in her palm. Aurora glanced down, her pupils dilating in shock…
“What is it, Aurora?” Jayden asked curiously.
Aurora pursed her lips tightly and shook her head.
On the way back, Tiana softly asked. “Aurora, are you okay?”
“I’m fine, Tia. I’m really sorry about today. I called you out, but we didn’t get to have much fun,” Aurora said.
Tiana gave Aurora a playful glare and replied. “What are you saying? Best friends don’t keep track of such things. If you need my help with anything, you must let me know.”
“Okay,” Aurora responded.
Back at her rented apartment, Aurora opened the item she had been clutching tightly in her palm. It was a room card for a five–star hotel in Novavista. Caspian’s intentions were obvious. He still hated her and wanted to humiliate her.
Aurora knew there was no way she could continue her relationship with Jayden. She pulled out her phone and sent him an email to break up.
The only reason she had agreed to date Jayden in the first place was because he bore some resemblance to Caspian. She hadn’t expected Jayden to be Caspian’s nephew. If she had known about their relationship earlier, she would never have agreed to date Jayden.
The breakup with Caspian back then had been so acrimonious that he nearly strangled her to death in his rage. She had promised him that she would never appear before him again.
Recalling the way he looked at her earlier, Aurora felt a chill run down her spine.
There was no way Aurora would go to the hotel to meet Caspian Instead, she took a shower. After finishing, she saw a call from Jayden. He must have seen the email. Aurora didn’t answer

Caspian sat on the sofa in the living room, smoking. The hazy smoke blurred his sharp features, making his expression inscrutable. Upon hearing her approach, he turned to glance at her. Behind his glasses, his eyes were deep and unfathomable.
“Mr. Xuereb, why did you ask me to come over?” Aurora asked.
After hearing her address him as “Mr. Xuereb,” a faint, indiscernible smile appeared at the corners of Caspian’s lips. He extinguished his cigarette and walked toward her.

Caspian’s cold and handsome face leaned closer to hers, his lips curving into a cruel, bloodless smile. “Did you and Jayden sleep together?” he asked.
Aurora froze in shock, then quickly shook her head. “No, we only dated for a short while,” she replied.
Caspian’s finger gently traced over her lips as he asked, “Have you kissed him?”
“No! Mr. Xuereb, nothing happened between me and Jayden. I promise I won’t have any further contact with him. Please, have some mercy!” Aurora pleaded.
Upon seeing her trembling eyelashes and pale face, Caspian’s eyes held no trace of sympathy–only a deepening coldness. ‘Have some mercy? No one showed me that, he thought.
Two years after their breakup, Caspian still dreamed of her betrayal. He had treated Aurora with such care, cherishing her like a treasure. Yet, she had crushed his heart without mercy.
As she had told him herself, being with him had never stirred he heart. It was all fake, a facade to climb higher. Now that he had nothing, she saw no reason to keep up the act.
She was ruthless. Everything she did, every word she spoke, feltke an invisible blade stabbing deep into his heart.

Straightening up, Caspian slowly pulled a check from his pocket and said, “330 thousand dollars for a night–does that suffice?”
Aurora’s face turned pale, then purple. She had braced herself for his humiliation, but his brazenness still caught her off guard Tilting her head slightly, she forced the tears in her eyes to retreat.

With wine dripping from her lashes and blurring her vision, Aurora didn’t cry. Instead, she raised her hand, wiped her face, and asked calmly, “Mr. Xuereb, may I leave now?”
