Mearnshile, the atmosphere at Lalebay Villain Xerton grew unbearably tense.
Three hours had passed since Keanu and Seamus arrived at the villa with Hannah, yet there was still no sign of Vanessa. Only their luggage filled the villa- Vanessa’s belongings were nowhere to be seen.

the feeling that something was going awry. Seamus, who was sitting on the couch, looked equally disturbed.
Hannah was fully aware of what was going on. However, she had no intention of saying anything-
After a while, she broke the silence and said, “Vanessa probably hasn’t finished packing yet. Why don’t we start setting things up? Didn’t we plan to have dinner together tonight? I’m sure she won’t forget.”
Though Keanu nodded in agreement, the uneasy feeling lingered. He sat there, unmoving, but his heart kept urging him to head out.
Seamers grew increasingly agitated as he glanced at the long list of unanswered missed calls on his phone screen. He grabbed his coat, threw it on, and headed for the door.

Unable to sit still, Keana quickly arranged for the workers to carry on with their tasks. He then looked apologetically at Hannah. “Sorry, I’m going to check on her too. Stay here. I’ll be back soon!
“Kenal Seamus!” Hannah called after them several times, but they never looked back.

house they’d shared was now absolutely empty. It was devoid of any trace of Vanessa, Keanu and Seamus drove all over Xerton and searched every place they could think of. Yet, there was no sign of Vanessa

A jolt of realization struck Keanu. He hastily called his assistant, Tim Jackman, to check Vanessa’s whereabouts. Moments later, Tim called back “Mr. Lowe, Ms, Shepherd took a flight to liphia today. She should have already arrived by now.”
The words left both Keanu and Seamus stunned. They stood motionless as if struck by lightning.
“H–How could that be? Impossible… Seamus couldn’t believe what he was hearing. “How could Vanessa suddenly fly back to firphia? She promised to stay with us In Xerton! Could you be mistaken, Tim?”
Keanu refused to believe this too. His voice deepened as he ordered stemnly, Tim, check again and confirm if what you’re seeing is correct.”
There was a pause on the other end. Tim double–checked the information several times before replying in a slightly shaky voice, “T–There’s no mistake, Mr. Lowe, Mr. Klein”
Tim sent keanu the light detalls as proof. The information was indisputable, and there was no way it could have been doctored.

The two men began replaying Venesis’s strange behavior before they left in their minds.
