Realizing she might’ve said too much, Debra quickly tried to change the subject. “What about you? You’ve pissed off plenty of people in Seamar City. Why isn’t this about you?”
Juan crossed his arms, waiting. “Name one.”
“Where do I start? You conned Mr. Blair into thinking you’d marry Shelia. Now the Blair family hates you.”
“He wouldn’t dare.”
“Or what about the Patrick family in real estate? The Bates family? Maybe those ruthless Graham gangsters at the docks, or even the Farley family from Esterham?”
