Yanina said. “Don’t flatter yourself.”
Callie stood still as everyone at the table turned to her disdainfully.
At this moment, she felt like she was a ridiculous clown and everyone was laughing at her!
She flushed and her face was deep crimson.
Cameron and Shawn were acting like they were having a drinking contest.
He didn’t notice that Callie was embarrassed, let alone help her out.

She was reminding Cameron that she saved his life.
But Cameron was just focused on drinking.

The two of them left the room
Everyone else was happily drinking and eating. No one noticed the sharp look on Callie’s face as she watched Yanina leave.
Even though Yanina could barely stand steadily, her mind was not affected at all.
Yanina said. “Callie seems a bit weird today
Yetta nodded. “I feel the same way.
Doesn’t she know that nobody wants her there? She is so shameless
“It seems that she’s waiting for something”

They exchanged a glance. Some clues occurred to them but they still couldn’t figure it out.

They arrived at the door of the restroom.
Yetta said, “Til wait for you here. Then she started to fix her makeup in front of a mirror.
Yanina walked into the restroom alone.
Soon, Yetta heard the flush of a toilet and turned around, waiting for Yanina to walk out.
But one minute passed, and then another but Yanina still hadn’t come out.
Yetta panicked. She quickly walked in and asked, “Yanina? Yanina Where are you?”
There was no response,
Yetta was stunned. She knocked on each door but after a thorough search, she didn’t find Yanina
She thought. Where is she?
“I was outside all the time. I would have definitely seen her when she walked out.
Yetta hurried toward the window and saw a wooden hairpin on the sill. She hastily picked it up. It was Yanina’s.
She thought, Something bad must have happened to Yanina!
Suddenly. Yetta remembered something and dashed toward the private room.
The atmosphere in the private room was very lively. Everyone seemed to be in high spirits from drinking.
Yetta shouted, “Stop drinking!
“Yanina is missing!
Yetta dashed to Callie and grabbed her by the collar. Callie’s top rip.
Yetta asked. “Callie, was it you?”
Callie retorted, embarrassed and angry, “Yetta, have you lost your mind? Yanina’s missing. Why are you taking it out on me
She tried to break free from Yetta but Yetta was stronger than her Helplessly, she turned to Cameron.
But Cameron was stunned by the news that Yetta just told him. He didn’t have any time for Callie.
Cameron said very slowly, “Yetta!
“What do you mean?”
Yetta, baffled, glared at Callie.
Yetta said angrily, “Callie, if I find out that you’re involved in this, no matter who’s behind you, I’ll tear you apart!*
With that being said, Yetta released Callie and told everyone what had just happened.
She putthe wooden hairpin that she found at the window on the table.
Shawn stared at the hairpin and slammed his fist hard on the table.
He thought, “Who is so audacious? How dare they kidnap someone in a Michelin–starred restaurant?
Cameron clenched his fists with a regretful look. He thought he should have taken better care of Yanina.
Chapter 53
Zak immediately went to find the manager of the restaurant to get the videos of the nearby surveillance cameras.
Cameron and Shawn exchanged a look and then went to the security control room.
Everyone else followed behind them. Yetta kept glaring at Callie like she wanted to find a clue about Yanina’s whereabouts
on Callie’s face.
They spotted a suspicious vehicle in a video of the camera facing the street.
Some tall foreigners wearing wide–brimmed hats seemed to be carrying a large blue box. They quickly got into a car.
Where they came from was in the same direction as the restaurant’s bathroom window.
Cameron said to Jordan, Jordan, you guys should go back home. I’ll handle everything here.”
Jordan nodded. He knew he couldn’t help Cameron anyway.
Cameron gave Callie a meaningful look. “You should go back to the hotel. You’re sick. You need rest.”
Callie said, “Ill stay with you. Before she finished her words, she noticed that Cameron looked more and more frightening
Cameron said. “Zak, find someone to drive Ms. Stark back to the hotel
Callie sighed and had no choice but to leave with the bodyguards.
As she turned around, she cast a meaningful glance at Cameron.
She thought. ‘Is he planning to get Yanina back?

In the dim car, Yanina slowly opened her eyes.
She still felt a bit dizzy. Her hands and feet were tied and her mouth was covered with black tape. She quickly tried to remember what had happened.
When she walked out of the restroom, she was knocked out and fell to the ground.
Before losing consciousness, she vaguely saw six people who looked somewhat similar to those who kidnapped Callie earlier

But before she could see their face more clearly, they shoved her into a box.

Chapter 33
She struggled only to find that her hands and feet were tied. All she could do was look through the gaps in the crate.
She couldn’t see what was inside the car. But through the window, she saw the streets and buildings outside
She saw a familiar church.
There was only one church in Mandora. It was located on Bump Street.
It was about two miles away from that Michelin restaurant. So they were not very far away from the restaurant.
Yanina looked outside the window, silently remembering the map in her mind.
They drove east along Rump Street. After about an hour, they reached a small farm in the countryside.
The men parked the car inside the farm. They got out of the car and carried the crate, where Yanina was, into the house.
Yanina panicked. There was no way that she could win six men. She had to pretend to be unconscious, hoping to buy some time and praying that Cameron would soon find her.
The crate was opened. Yanina was carried out of it and put on the ground
The leader of the group of men said in Borealian, “Baco, wake her up.”
Baco nodded and peeled the tape off Yanina’s mouth.
Yanina couldn’t keep pretending that she was unconscious anymore. She opened her eyes and looked at the group of men.
