Chapter 111
“Let’s go get something to eat first,” Yanina suggested.
She led Cameron through the town, where everything was famdar to her and every corner had her own memories.
Yanina stopped in front of a spaghetti shop. She used to come here for breakfast every school morning..
Before Yanina said anything. Cameron had already walked inside.
Yanina followed him in and sat in her usual spot.
Eight years had gone by, but it seemed like everything here remained unchanged.
The only difference was that the person sitting opposite Yanina wasn’t her grandpa or her parents, but Cameron.
“Go order,” Cameron said.
Hearing Cameron’s words, Yanina snapped out of her thoughts.
She said. “Two classic spaghetti, please.”
The owner glanced at Yanina, thinking she looked familiar, so she looked at her a little longer, but wasn’t sure enough to say anything
Yanina didn’t want to make a fuss, so she just acted aloof.
“Did you come here often?”
Cameron asked.
Yanina said. “Yeah. My parents were always busy with work and hardly ever home. Grandpa’s cooking wasn’t quite good, so he’d often bring me out to eat. When I grew up a bit, I started learning to cook myself.”
Cameron nodded. “No wonder you’re so good at cooking.”
Yanina smiled. People always said that the most useful way to attract a man was to suit hi
is taste.
But her own experience proved that it was wrong
From getting engaged to getting married and then to getting divorced, she and Cameron went through about a year and a half together.
Yet, during that year and a half, they talked less to each other than they did in yesterday.
Soon, the dishes were served.
Yanina tried some. It still tasted just like she remembered.
Even though it was just the two of them having a meal, Yanina felt as if her whole family was there sharing the meal with her.
Just as they paid the bill and were about to leave, a few men walked toward them. Yanina quickly lowered her head, pretending not to know thein so she could leave.
But one of them instantly recognized her by her beauty mark
The man said. “Hey. Yanina? Is that you?”
Yanina hadn’t even had time to respond before Cameron s
stepped in front of her.

Chapter 111
“You’ve got the wrong person!” Cameron said coldly.
The man said, “Wrong person? No way. I’ve known her since kindergarten!
Yanina, you’ve forgotten your classmate after becoming famous It’s me, Wayne Felton.”
“You’ve got the wrong person, Yanina said lightly. Her voice sounded a bit different from before.
Wayne was stunned for a second. Then he still wanted to let Yanina take off her mask.
But Cameron stood firmly in front of Yanina, and his tone was so cold, “Move away!”
Wayne and his friends didn’t take Cameron seriously since he was alone and looked unfamiliar.
Yanina quickly grabbed Cameron’s arm and whispered, “The less trouble, the better. Let’s find what we’re looking for and leave quickly
Cameron reined in his intimidating aura, ignored Wayne and his friends‘ curses and left with Yanina.
Wayne watched them leave with a suspicious look and scratched his head.
“You sure you got the right person?” asked one of his friends.
Wayne said, “Of course! Maybe I’d mistake others, but not Yanina!
“We used to be classmates. Why did she avoid me?
“Forget it. Let’s go.” Then they headed into the restaurant.
Even the restaurant’s owner was puzzled and casually mentioned. That girl just now looked a lot like the girl who disappeared some time ago. I think she was in junior high back then.
The owner’s words reminded Wayne. He was sure that the girl was Yanina..
He dropped the menu, got out of the restaurant, and dashed in the direction of Yanina’s home.
Yanina and Cameron had barely walked a few steps when they noticed Wayne chasing after them. Yanina didn’t wanna waste time on him, so she dragged Cameron into a small and unnoticed alley. She finally relaxed when she saw Wayne move past them and vanish into the distance.
With a population of only about five thousand, it was easy to run into acquaintances in Pandosia Town
She knew coming back was risky and had prepared herself to meet someone she knew.
What she didn’t expect was that after putting on a mask and a hat, she’d forget about the distinctive beauty mark on her forehead.
She still got recognized by Wayne.
I should’ve made you a mask, but time was too tight, Cameron said and then lifted Yanina’s chin.
Yanina instinctively hit his hand away. “What are you doing? We agreed not to cross the line!”
Cameron looked at his hand that got hit and surprisingly felt comfortable.
He said. “I didn’t mean anything else, just trying to cover your beauty mark.”

Chapter III
Yanina took out a compact spirror and concealer pen from her bag, dabbing it hard to barely cover it.
With one hand in his pocket, Cameron softly said, “Much better.

Just as they were about to walk out of the alley, they saw Wayne come back, muttering something to himself.
Cameron quickly turned around, grabbed Yanina’s waist and held her head with the other. Then he approached her.
Yanina said, “You…”
Before she could finish. Cameron whispered. “Shush. That guy’s right outside the alley”
Then Cameron moved even closer, so close that any tiny movement would make their lips touch.
Yanina realized that Cameron was just pretending to kiss her in the alley to avoid being seen by Wayne.
Cameron now looked just like a local, and with him covering her completely, they just looked like a couple snuggling in the alley
Cameron quite enjoyed acting and even tilted his head.
But Yanina just felt uncomfortable, really uncomfortable, especially after sensing a noticeable change in Cameron’s body. She blushed and then tilted her neck backward fiercely.
She said. “Are you sure you’re not trying to take advantage of me?”
