She only offered relationship advice and had never participated in a live battle before. The whole idea was foreign to her.
And knowing that the other person was Caroline, she lost interest in having a proper conversation. Coldly, she replied, “I’m not interested in battling. I clicked ‘Agree‘ by mistake. Sorry, but you can find someone else.”
That voice rang a bell for Caroline; it sounded just like Abigail’s.
A flicker of disdain crossed Caroline’s face as she clicked on Abigail’s profile.
She discovered that Abigail was an influencer who had been livestreaming for two years yet only had a little over 300 thousand followers.
Caroline thought, “Her voice is like Abigail’s, and even her name is similar.
How dare she try to compete with the most popular livestreamer in Claudia?
She’s got some nerve. I have to teach her a lesson.”
While thinking, Caroline clicked on Abigail’s gifting list and almost lost her composure.
The top gifter, BabyAbby, had spent nearly half a million dollars on gifts for Abigail.
And it was a brand–new account.
Unless it belonged to someone wealthy, it was hard to believe anyone could drop that much money in one go.
“If such a rich person can be my fan…” Caroline thought, a wicked smile creeping across her face. Before Abigail could figure out how to exit the battle, Caroline deliberately said, “Since you accepted, it would be embarrassing to back out now.”
Abigail’s expression soured. She was well aware of how annoying Caroline was and wanted nothing to do with her.
But Caroline pressed, “Come on, you’ve got some fame, and your fans are pretty well–off. Are you scared?”
Abigail scoffed, thinking, “Trying to goad me into it? So lame.”
Seeing Abigail’s silence, Caroline added, “You give relationship advice, but it wouldn’t be right to compete in that area. How about a talent competition? Let’s sing a song each.”
Her voice was sweet and soft, but Abigail found it grating, and her mood soured even further.
Some of Caroline’s fans began to stir the pot, mocking Abigail for being scared and lacking strength.

Abigail had initially started live–streaming just to chat, share relationship experiences, and help people overcome their struggles.
She had never planned on monetizing it.
So, after grasping the true nature of the contest, she firmly declined again, saying, “Sorry, I don’t battle. Please find someone else.”
“You don’t battle or are you just too afraid to?” Caroline said, her tone dripping with provocation.
She added, “We’re all livestreamers here; no need to act all high and mighty. Or do you doubt yourself and think you can’t compete with me?”
Many viewers in Abigail’s live–streaming channel frowned at her aggressive attitude.
