“What nonsense are you talking about, child?”
Mr. Wilson came over to wipe my tears.
Through my tears, I saw the suppressed hints of sickness and obsession in his eyes.
My hands behind my back suddenly clenched tight.
Disgusting creature! Did he see me as a substitute for my mother?
I quickly turned my head and took a step back.
“Zack loves Mia more than me. If I really married Zack, I couldn’t even be sure my children would receive all of their father’s love in the future.”
Mr. Wilson stared at my fair neck without any restraint, his tone gentle: “Then what would make Olivia willing to marry Zack?”
“I don’t want to marry Zack! I don’t love him anymore!”
“No,” Mr. Wilson’s tone became even gentler, “Olivia, have you forgotten how much you love Zack? What you’re saying now is just out of anger. You love him, so you must marry him!”
I cried my eyes out, tears falling like rain.
“I don’t want to! It would be better not to get married at all than to marry him and then divorce!”
Seeing that he couldn’t persuade me, Mr. Wilson paced back and forth in front of me anxiously.
“How about this, Olivia?”
“I’ll transfer all the Wilson Group shares that were supposed to go to Zack to you instead. If that little bastard dares to divorce you in the future, you’ll be in charge of the Wilson family and can deal with him however you want.”
I stared at Mr. Wilson blankly, as if I couldn’t understand how he could propose such a shocking (idiotic) idea.
“Uncle Wilson, are you joking?”
Although this was what I had in mind before, I was still very very surprised to hear Mr. Wilson propose it himself.
Indeed, the thought processes of someone with mental issues are beyond normal people’s understanding.
“No, as long as you and Zack get married, uncle is willing to do anything!”
