“Forget it. I’m not getting involved, but I’ll tell you this–I have no problem if you want to be nice to Lily, but you can’t do it behind my back!”
Maryanne didn’t quite know what she felt, but something felt off. Terence chuckled lightly and explained a little before ending the call.
He instinctively wanted to call Rowan to feel him out, but when he checked his contacts, he realized Rowan hadn’t given him his number–only a business card.

“Do I need to do anything?” she had gotten used to his unconventional methods, so she didn’t ask too many questions, but she did want to help. “Can you drive a race car?” he asked,

I’ve got help.” Rowan began wrapping bandages around his hands and then pointed to another set of protective gear. “Help him put this on Lily did as instructed, but her gaze kept drifting to the racetrack. It cost tens of thousands just to race here. How much would it cost to book the whole place? Noticing her concerns, Rowan patted his chest confidently. “Don’t worry, I’ll make sure Hayden stays safe. Look, my top–tier help has arrived.”
He whistled toward the entrance.
Lily glanced past him, and Xavierstood in a pure white tracksuit. The white softened his sharp air, making him appear more approachable. He was holding a white and blue helmet in his right hand, his tall, handsome figure striking.
Nevertheless, she had no intention of admining him. As soon as she recognized him, her brows furrowed. “Why him?”

Imogen smiled sinisterly as she tightened her grip on the bloodstained knife. Step by step, she walked toward Johanna.
“I really hate it when people deceive me, so don’t worry. Your Archie is already gone. Next, I’ll send you to join him in hell. How about that?”
Johanna’s first thought was that Imogen had lost her mind. She had completely lost it.
“Why did you kill Archie? You vicious woman! How could you be so heartless? How could you kill him?”
Johanna felt like she was losing grip on reality herself. She had watched helplessly as Archie died before her eyes, and she hadn’t been able to do anything. The unbearable heartache and agony made her head spin with rage.
“I’ll make you pay for this!” she screamed and, without thinking, lunged at Imogen.
The two women quickly got into a brawl. Amid their struggle, the bloodstained knife must have cut one of their arms as fresh blood dripped onto the floor.
Imogen dominated the fight. Or rather, the moment Johanna had crazily targeted Caleb, Imogen could no longer suppress her murderous intent. One should never underestimate a mother’s strength in a battle!

Ever since Archie got the seal, Stanley and the others had been guarding the outside, but Imogen had repeatedly stopped them from intervening, insisting on handling things herself.
Stanley had been arous, afraid things might go wrong. but he was too afraid to defy her. Finally, unable to hold back, he rushed in to help.
