What was Johanna doing here?

As the guard handed the mirror over, Imogen initially didn’t want to look at it, but her gaze was drawn to it anyway. The moment she saw it, her expression shifted dramatically. On the mirror was a name written in blood–Caleb.

The blood–red writing was harsh and deliberate, drawn with such force that it seemed to carry a deep–seated hatred. The malice was almost tangible, radiating a blatant and menacing threat.
Imogen’s heart pounded as her eyelid twitched uncontrollably. Without hesitation, she turned and ran back toward the house.
Felicia and Scarlet exchanged a glance. They were about to board the plane, but Felicia paused and said, “Let’s go back and check it out.”
Johanna’s sudden appearance was no coincidence, and the bloody writing on the mirror clearly carried a hidden meaning.
A delay of one or two hours wasn’t going to make a difference in their return to Khogend.
When they rushed back to the villa, the sound of Caleb’s heart–wrenching cries filled the air.
