Seeing Sofia defend her so fiercely, Gwen felt enveloped in unconditional love, and her eyes were filled with reliance.
This was what a true family elder should be–someone who didn’t need to exchange favors to show affection, someone who would willingly step in front of her and be ready to protect her even without being asked.

Seeing his sister being bullied in front of so many people, Shawn immediately wanted to defend her. But when he realized who it was, his expression, which had been filled with anger, instantly shifted as he put on a flattering smile.

Seeing so many people coming over, Shawn was worried that Sofia would be upset. He quickly pulled Sienna to leave and planned to apologize to Sofia again later.
Sienna was stubborn and remained unmoved. “I don’t care. I want this old lady to apologize to me!”
At that moment, a security guard in a suit and sunglasses approached respectfully, standing beside Sofia.
“Mrs. Strand, should we kick her out?”
“No need for that. Let’s see her make a fool of herself,” ordered Sofia. I want to see what else she can do.
“Got it!” The security guard remained standing beside Sofia.
Sienna finally realized something. “Shawn, who is she? Why did you call her Mrs. Strand?”

“Who do you think she is? She’s Mrs. Strand from Elba Group!” Shawn pulled Sienna along. “What are y waiting for? You spoke so rudely to her at her own photography exhibition! We’re leaving now!”
Sienna stood frozen in place, her legs feeling completely weak.
She hadn’t expected that the seemingly rustic woman beside Gwen would hold such a prestigious status. What Sofia had said earlier was indeed true. The photography exhibition was hosted by their family!
