Chapter 72 Her Cult
Sienna had never been so loudly reprimanded by Shawn before, so she couldn’t take it. She started to pout, and her body became tense.
She did not want to back down in front of an outsider, especially in front of Gwen. She had to stay in Findley and couldn’t go back to Bellmont because of Gwen

She thought of an idea. She walked toward Gwen and stopped when she was very close to her.

She screamed and fell backward, knocking on the vase beside her.
As the massive flower vase toppled over, Sienna fell to the ground. In her fall, she collided with a pillar, causing her to lose consciousness completely.
Gwen watched the scene unfold with indifference, recognizing the familiar routine and the familiar Sienna
Jake stepped forward to help Sienna up, his voice cold as he reproached Shawn, “Why didn’t you protect Sienna better?”

Since childhood, whenever there were problems that couldn’t be solved, Sienna would always resort to these dramatic tactics. Her family was all too familiar with her melodramatic ways, but they couldn’t directly call her out on it.
Jake’s dark eyes narrowed as he glared at Gwen, “Are you really capable of doing this to a pregnant
woman?”
His emotions were complicated as he faced Gwen. He felt a trace of anger he couldn’t fully understand. He wanted to talk to her, but she was always rejecting him.
Even when he softened his tone to apologize to her, Gwen did not forgive him.
Sofia recognized Jake and, seeing him protect Sienna, felt a surge of anger rising within her. Her voice became increasingly dangerous. “You two adulterers, get out of my photography exhibition!”
‘Aunt Sofia, I can handle this.“Gwen comforted Sofia, patting her hand to signal that everything was fine. “Have you joined some cult founded by Sienna? Do you really believe her so blindly?” Gwen pointed to the surveillance cameras overhead, her gaze cold as she continued, “Do you dare go to the monitoring room and see the truth?”
“Sure,” Jake replied. “A pregnant lady would not fool around like that.”
Shawn suddenly scoffed.
He thought, “You’re wrong. My sister is completely capable of doing that.”
Sienna, who had her eyes closed, suddenly felt tense. The idea had come too quickly, and she had forgotten about the surveillance cameras.
With Gwen’s powerful backing, if this escalated, she might truly have to bow her head and apologize. Such a humiliating situation was absolutely unacceptable to her!

Sienna pretended to wake up and weakly propped her forehead with her hand.
Gwen sneered. “See? The cult leader woke up just in time.”
Jake let go of Sienna and asked coldly, “Did Gwen push you?”
“No, I fell on my own.” Sienna touched her head. Her acting was amazing, indeed!
Jake’s eyes were filled with anger as he looked at Sienna. ‘Then why did you scream?”
Sienna shivered under his gaze. “I was scared at the time!”
“Can you leave now?” Gwen urged.
Jake’s intense gaze remained fixed on Gwen. This woman didn’t seem to regard him at all. With the plan for collaboration with Elba Group now ruined because of Sienna and knowing he was in the wrong, he could only swallow his anger.
“Have someone take her home. I’m leaving first,” he instructed Shawn before turning to walk away.
As he quickly exited the exhibition hall, he frowned and took out his phone to call a driver.
Meanwhile, Sienna followed him out.
“Jake, I’m sorry. I don’t know why I suddenly fainted.”
Jake remained silent,
Sienna looked at Jake with a pitiful expression. “I’ve been feeling really unsettled lately. I don’t know if it’s because my sister’s memorial is coming up.”
Hearing Sienna mention Emily, Jake’s attitude softened a bit, and his brows furrowed tighter. “Just focus) on taking care of the baby. Don’t overthink things.”
“Jake, can I go back and pay my respects to my sister with the child?” Sienna’s eyes sparkled with
innocence, making her seem especially pitiful. “I’ve been in Findley long enough, and I really know I was wrong this time.”
