Chapter 13
Antonio’s face turned unusually pale. “You… Grace, don’t say such hurtful words…”
“What, you don’t believe it? Lincoln had a successful career, he also looks good, and most importantly, he is clean, so I don’t see anything strange about being attracted to him.”
Grace smiled and went to tug on Lincoln’s tie.
Lincoln’s semi–permanent icy face finally cracked, and he took several big steps back, half in anger and half in panic.
Grace walked over slowly and grabbed his belt.
At this moment, she was smiling on her face, but deep down, she hated Lincoln. If it wasn’t for him, Antonio might have never found her in his entire life. Her peaceful life wouldn’t have been disturbed.
He caused himself so much trouble, so he always had to give him a “return gift“.
Grace looked up and kissed him on the Adam’s apple. “Lincoln, what perfume are you wearing? It smells so good.”
Lincoln had never been so close to the opposite sex before, and he couldn’t even dream that one day he would be kissed twice in a row by his niece–in–law.
He forcefully pushed Grace, “You!”
You didn’t come up with any ideas for a long time, and he felt

a surge of frustration in his chest with nowhere to vent. Finally, he turned his head and slammed the door before leaving angrily.
Grace smiled and asked Antonio, “Do I still need to prove anything to you?”
Antonio sat down on the ground, pale–faced. He knew Grace too well, just by looking into her eyes, he knew what she was thinking.
He knew that Grace was deliberately trying to upset him, wanting him to give up. But when he saw her kissing someone else, he still felt heartbroken to the point of being unable to breathe.
Antonio suddenly thought, back when Grace discovered her affair, saw those unbearable videos of herself with Rowena, was her heart not a million times more painful than it is now?
He closed his eyes, and tears slid down from his tightly shut eyes. He couldn’t blame anyone for reaching this point; he had destroyed everything himself.
The next day, Grace continued to go to Lincoln’s headquarters to study.
In front of the elevator, she met Lincoln.
Seeing her, Lincoln’s face turned pale, then red, and a few seconds later, he walked towards the staircase with a grim
expression.
Twenty minutes later, the assistant followed Lincoln, panting heavily, and climbed to the top floor. He couldn’t help but curse in his mind, wondering if the boss had gone crazy.

There was an elevator, but he insisted on walking up, all the way to the twenty–something floors. It was really risking his life.
In the evening, Grace returned to the villa and found that the house was filled with the aroma of food.
She thought it was Sybil in the kitchen, but the next second, Antonio came out wearing an apron and holding a dish.
“Come back, the dishes are ready, wash your hands and let’s eat.”
In the rising steam of the food, Grace couldn’t help but feel a moment of dizziness.
This scene, in the past three years, has appeared countless times. No matter how busy, Antonio would always come home and cook before her. When she opened the door, there would always be the aroma of food and Antonio’s embrace.
That kind of scene used to be her definition of happiness.
But so much has happened, everything has already changed beyond recognition.
Grace picked up the dish on the table and poured it into the trash can, saying, “I already made it clear yesterday, don’t do these meaningless things.”
Antonio’s face turned pale and his smile froze. But a few seconds later, he smiled again, “These dishes don’t suit your taste, I’ll make something else.”
Grace’s face was cold and impatient. “Antonio, do you need me to repeat those words from yesterday again?”

“You can say it as many times as you want,” he picked up the empty plate and walked into the kitchen, calmly saying, “but I won’t listen, I won’t leave you, and I certainly won’t give up. So starting from today, I will stay here to take care of you!”
